Dr. Amanda Morgenthal grew up in Northern Virginia and enjoyed spending her weekends at the Delaware beaches. She then moved to Charlottesville, VA to attend the University of Virginia, where she received her B.S. in Environmental Science. She spent a year doing contract work for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency before moving to New York, where she rekindled her love of pizza and hiking.

Dr. Morgenthal has trained around the country and is excited to come make a home in Oregon. As a child, she absolutely loved going to the dentist and orthodontist and wants every patient she sees to feel the same way. She completed her D.D.S. at Touro College of Dental Medicine in Hawthorne, NY where she was given an award for Excellence in Pediatric Dentistry. She recently completed a residency in pediatric dentistry in Columbia, MO, and has finished the first half of her board certification. She moved to Bend with her boyfriend, Brandon, who is also a dentist in southern Oregon.

When not working, Dr. Morgenthal spends most of her time with her fur baby, Merlot, a chi-terrier mix. She is passionate about dog adoption and will snuggle with any good boy or girl that crosses her path. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, trying every restaurant in the area, and watching anything that comes out on HBO Max.
